First activity of term... bird walks!

Friday 2nd October, freshers' week and we've been able to go for our first bird walks of the term (socially distanced, with masks and with a maximum 6 people of course!).

Despite the rain (how could we expect anything else?), enough people came for us to need to organise ourselves into 3 separate groups led by some of our most bird-crazy members, Lucas, Tsvetoslav and Lara. All of these went swimmingly! (Bad pun, we know...)

The feedback that we received was incredible and this made us SO HAPPY! Whether rain or shine, bird walks will always lift our spirits...

Remember that if you want to come to one of our subsequent bird walks you need to email us first to book a place ( su.conservation.society@ucl.ac.uk ) because of social distancing guidelines.

We're really excited to meet more new members so please do not hesitate to get in touch with us! Also, remember to follow us on Facebook (UCL Nature and Conservation Society), Twitter (@conservationucl) and Instagram (@uclnatureconservation). We also have a WhatsApp group for members: ask us for more details!
